This extensive multiple-department medical campus construction includes 67,594 SF of renovations, including the Medical Treatment Facility, Aerospace Medicine, Optometry, TOPA and Administration, Information Management, Physical Therapy, Medical Logistics and Bio-environmental Engineering, the annex/new home station medical response warehouse and numerous common areas.  Mill Creek’s initial outfitting SOW includes interior design, medical equipment planning, low voltage/communications services, FF&E procurement and installation, transition planning and move management, public relations/special events, project management, billings, close-out and quality control management.
