Mill Creek served as the transition planner/relocation manager for Dignity Health’s multi-phased 700-personnel Statewide Billing Consolidation facility project which combined offices from the Bay Area, Southern California, Redding and Sacramento into a newly renovated facility in Rancho Cordova. Our team coordinated on-site relocation planning meetings, developed transition timelines and detailed move plans for each regional office, performed needs assessment, coordinated with various building managers and analysis of vendor requirements for each site, provided detailed inventory of all owner assets, and performed decommissioning and turnover of vacated facilities. Each phase was completed smoothly and on time as scheduled.
